Azelle Rodney Inquiry
On 10 June 2010, the Lord Chancellor set the terms of reference for this Inquiry.
‘To ascertain by inquiring how, where and in what circumstances Azelle Rodney came by his death on 30 April 2005 and then to make any such recommendations as may seem appropriate.’
The Core Participants to the Inquiry are: Ms Susan Alexander, officer E7, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).
